Positions now
| Position | Share of the account | Opened at | Result so far | Liquidation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
LONG ETH spot | 30.7% $307 of $1,000 | $2,362 on | -4.0% before fees and funding, at $2,267 | no liquidation price (spot) |
SHORT ETH perpetual · 2x · isolated | 15.3% $153 of $1,000 as margin, a $306 position | $2,361 on | +8.1% before fees and funding, at $2,265 | liquidation near $3,527 |
To copy it now with $1,000: buy $307 of ETH on spot (about 0.136 ETH); go short $306 of the ETH perpetual (about 0.135 ETH), 2x leverage, $153 margin, isolated; keep $540 in cash.
Then wait for its next signal. No close price is published in advance: a close comes later as a new sealed signal, and most checks bring no new signal.
Its latest signal, : OPEN SHORT ETH (perpetual, 2x): 28.0% of the account ($280 of $1,000 as margin); the price then was about $2,361, liquidation near $3,527.
Funding and fees
The last settled funding rate: BTC +0.0100% (the exchange caps it at 0.30%) and ETH -0.0031% (the exchange caps it at 0.30%); paid by longs to shorts when positive; the next settlement is at .
Since 28 Oct 2026, 12:00 UTC it paid 0.01% and received 0.01% in funding, in % of its account at the live start.
The results count 0.10% a side on contract legs and 0.15% on spot legs; the exchange itself charges about 0.05% a side (taker).
Every perpetual signal is isolated margin and states its liquidation price: if the mark price reaches it, the exchange closes the position and that margin is lost. Futures are restricted in some countries: check that they are allowed where you live.
Newest sealed live signals
The newest 2 of 2 live signals since 28 Oct 2026, 12:00 UTC. Each is sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint when it is issued and chained to the one before, in a chain of their own, so it cannot change unnoticed: Top 3 and Get signals on the futures race page recompute every seal in your browser.
Times on a 24-hour clock in UTC; each time is the hour the signal acted on. A row is one leg: OPEN, CLOSE, RESIZE or a venue switch, with its side, venue, leverage and margin mode.

Live paper record
Since 28 Oct 2026, to 1 Nov 2026, 05:00 UTC: 4 days live, 2 sealed signals, 0.00% against Bitcoin held -4.34%. Shown as it is and not annualised: a record this short says little about a year. The sealed record is timestamped in Bitcoin block 973754 (OpenTimestamps). Check it yourself.
Hypothetical performance. “These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.” (17 CFR 4.41(b)(1)). No real money was traded by Vooum, in the backtest or live.

The words on vooum.com and their usual names
- Distance or result: cumulative return.
- Worst drop: maximum drawdown.
- Result per drop: the whole result over the worst drop, a Calmar-like ratio over the whole period.
- Follower result: the result after the delays and slippage a person following the signals meets.
- Bitcoin held: the benchmark, the same money in Bitcoin from the first day.
All seven Vooum futures products side by side · How these figures are made
How these figures are made
- From the account value V at each day's reading: daily simple returns r = V(day) / V(day before) − 1; a year is 365 readings, because crypto trades every day.
- Annual return = (V(last) / V(first)) to the power 365 / days − 1. Volatility = the standard deviation of r times the square root of 365.
- Sharpe = mean(r) / standard deviation(r) times the square root of 365, with a risk-free rate of 0. Sortino = mean(r) / the root mean square of the returns below 0, times the square root of 365. Calmar = annual return / worst drop.
- Value at risk (95%) = the 5th percentile of r; expected shortfall = the mean of r at or below it. Beta = covariance(r, Bitcoin's r) / variance(Bitcoin's r).
- Bitcoin held is the same starting money put into Bitcoin on the first day and kept. Months and years run from the last reading of one to the last of the next; the best, worst and positive months count whole months only (not the first or the current one).
- The results count 0.10% a side on contract legs and 0.15% on spot legs; the exchange itself charges about 0.05% a side (taker).
- Two pairs, BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT: the USDT perpetual, long or short, and spot for a spot leg, a plain buy. Every perpetual position is isolated margin at the leverage its signal states, with its liquidation price at entry: if the mark price reaches it, the exchange closes the position and that margin is lost.
- A closed position’s result is in % of its margin (of its value for a spot leg), after fees and funding. An open position’s result so far is the price move from its entry times its leverage, before fees and funding.
- The follower result fills every leg 5 minutes after its signal's hour, at the price then plus 0.05% slippage, as a person following the sealed signals would.
- Live signals are sealed and published a median of 0 minutes after the hour they are issued on (the slowest so far: 0 minutes), over 16 sealed signals.
- All seven futures racers are published, each with its own page, and side by side on the comparison page; a backtest picked from many still looks better than one picked blind.
Hypothetical results have limits. These results are simulated: they were made with the benefit of hindsight, no real money was traded, and they cannot account for every effect of real trading, such as keeping to a plan through losses. No account is claimed to have made, or to be likely to make, results like these. The live record is paper too: Vooum trades no real money. General information, the same for every visitor, not advice: you could lose all the money you put in. Terms and risks.

What these numbers are
- Backtested with hindsight on real prices since 1 Aug 2020: past results, not a forecast.
- Live paper signals since 28 Oct 2026, 12:00 UTC: no real money; every live signal is sealed when it is issued.
- The results count 0.10% a side on contract legs and 0.15% on spot legs; the exchange itself charges about 0.05% a side (taker). A closed position’s live result counts its funding too.
- Futures are restricted in some countries: check that they are allowed where you live.
- Paper signals from the author's own analysis and tests; not financial advice. Futures can lose everything behind a position in one move, and the exchange itself is a risk. The author takes no responsibility for losses and never asks for a share of profits: you trade at your own risk. The futures risks.
